One House
BACKGROUND
Music artist agency One House has experienced phenomenal growth since their inception a few years ago, managing number one records and a slew of contemporary trendsetters. So much so that they have moved from music management into celebrity personalities, a digital agency and a software platform to enable other artists managers and self-managing artists as the spearheads of their own career. With this in mind, they needed to re-position the business and execute on their vision, so they came to me to do three things: enhance their brand and enable it to scale into multiple offerings, deliver a website that better reflects their future and design the first iteration of their platform.
ROLE
Leading the project from start to finish, I hired a brand designer to assist in the creation of the logo-mark and wider brand as well as a Webflow developer to deliver the website. I then led strategy, positioning and brand story workshops to underpin all of the work we were doing before moving into a hands on role delivering much of the brand design and all of the web and product work.
BRAND
After starting with strategic analysis and positioning exercises to define exactly where One House fits in the market, I then moved into collaborative brand script workshops to refine the proposition and story of the four arms of this fast-growing company.
I realised that One House is all about its roster and network of artists, creators and brands. Making them the heroes was something that remained front of mind as we brought everything together into a cohesive brand architecture. A simplified, more memorable identity, complete brand guidelines and templated assets ensure its execution remains cohesive and high quality across every channel.
WEBSITE
Desiging an entirely new site and managing its development in Webflow, I made sure the One House story is expertly told and that the site feels alive and constantly moving. News carousels, animated hero banners to display the latest releases and a magazine area with features, events, videos and audio stamp their position as an industry authority.
PRODUCT
Finally, I worked with One House to make their vision of a full service creator management platform come to life. Working with the CEO and head of product to define functionality and roadmap, we defined core USPs such as Whatsapp based communication, payment rails & fund allocation, auto created contracts and deep analytics for both manager and creator. Across all devices, I designed a standout, simple to use platform that, crucially, solves game-changing problems for creators and their support functions.
THE END RESULT
One House continues to grow at breakneck speed and has the brand and digital execution to enable this.
The MVP of their management platform, already in use running the entire One House business, has created massive efficiencies leading to a 38x growth in recorded studio net revenue and a 5x growth in live music net revenue.
